The device the Mesoceuticals series is designed around: Crystal PDRN, BioXome, Botolux, Vital NAD+, Amber Pro and Neoslim are introduced via needle modules, and the Nano modules with 18, 36 and 42 pins belong to this system. Device, modules and concentrates come from one source: no compatibility question and one contact instead of three.

In the system
Needle-based procedures penetrate the skin barrier and in Germany are reserved for medically licensed practitioners; the device belongs in medical practices and in hands with the corresponding authorisation. Technical data, approval, declaration of conformity and instructions for use have been requested from the manufacturer.

An electric microneedling pen as a second device alongside the DermaCell. The packaging states a motor with 10,000 revolutions per minute, an LCD display with five speed levels and stainless steel. It comes in a metal case with a fabric pouch and a German-language leaflet.

In the system
For the Mesoceuticals, the manufacturer names Dermapen and mesoroller as forms of application. Needle-based procedures are reserved in Germany for medically licensed practitioners. A dedicated product protocol, technical data and instructions for use are not yet available.

Nano Needle Modules
Three needle counts, three treatment profiles: 18 targeted, 36 for facial areas, 42 across larger areas
The number of needles determines how the treatment feels and what it achieves. Few needles work more precisely and with more force per puncture, many spread the same movement over a larger area. Keeping all three versions in stock means adapting the treatment to the zone instead of the zone to the module.

Needle modules are single-use items: one module per client, then disposed of; consumption belongs in the costing of every treatment. Use according to the instructions of the respective device. In the range they introduce Crystal PDRN, BioXome, Botolux and the other Mesoceuticals, and needle-based procedures are reserved in Germany for medically licensed practitioners.

PDT Light Therapy
The light therapy device of the house, the second part of the procedure with ALA Factor
ALA Factor PDT carries the sentence on its pack that links the two: “The active cosmetic gel ALA Factor with 2% 5-ALA is activated by the appropriate light.” This makes the device not an accessory but the second part of the procedure; without a light programme, the gel lacks the trigger named by the manufacturer.

In the system
Wavelengths, output and treatment time are not yet available, nor are the declaration of conformity and instructions for use; all have been requested from the manufacturer. Until then, the device cannot be placed in a fixed treatment protocol. Without a lamp, the ALA FACTOR ENERGO series works as home care.
