Withdrawal, return and refund.

Withdrawal period

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The details are in the withdrawal notice.

For hygiene reasons, withdrawal is excluded for sealed cosmetics once the seal has been removed.

Return to the address given in the legal notice. The refund is made via the same payment method as the payment.

Design draft. The binding details on shipping, withdrawal and terms will only be fixed with actual shop operation.
