Preparation for the deep cleanse: salicylic acid under film, not a peel

The preparation step before mechanical extraction, not available in retail. It empties the pores; it does not smooth the surface: deep cleansing is not exfoliation. Ten minutes under film, and the extraction that follows needs considerably less mechanical pressure.

The manufacturer names the combinations: before ultrasonic peeling, vacuum and brushing, and in the ACNOCELL Peptide Therapy. It does not belong in a peel protocol: salicylic acid on top of an already exfoliating treatment is the way into over-exfoliation.
