Cregen

30 sachets of 5 g · one to two sachets daily before meals

Creatine powder in a sachet: creatine monohydrate first in the ingredient list

A food supplement in sachet form, five grams of powder per portion, thirty sachets per pack. Creatine monohydrate is first in the ingredient list, and that is how it stands on the pack. Sweetened with wildflower honey, not with sweetener; the flavour comes from three fruit acids: citric, malic and tartaric acid.

One to two sachets daily before meals, course of one to three months. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
